The KMRON KM-H3 heavy-duty automatic car wash system is designed specifically for heavy-duty vehicles such as mining trucks, coal haulers, and gravel trucks. The computerized car wash system uses a drive-through wash method, where the driver slowly enters the wash bay and the machine automatically starts washing. The KMRON heavy-duty wash system is a comprehensive high-pressure washing system that includes side body washing, chassis washing, and tire washing. It is specifically engineered to strengthen cleaning of critical areas below 1.2 meters on large trucks. The vehicle slowly passes through the wash area for automatic body washing, automatic undercarriage washing, and automatic high-pressure tire washing. After exiting the wash bay, the machine automatically stops and the wash cycle is complete.

Heavy-duty vehicles typically weigh 50 tons or more, with some reaching 100 tons per vehicle. Many are specialized vehicles with unique shapes. To reduce dust emissions, many heavy-duty vehicles are fitted with tarpaulins, and their exterior designs are often similar with sharp edges and protrusions, making them susceptible to damage during washing. These factors create special requirements for washing heavy-duty vehicles. Cleaning heavy-duty vehicles thoroughly without damaging equipment places high demands on wash equipment.

The touchless wash method can accommodate various heavy-duty vehicle models of different sizes with external fittings, meeting the wash requirements of different vehicles to the greatest extent possible. Three channels of high-pressure water jet washing, combined with a high-efficiency side and ground flushing system, thoroughly wash away mud and dirt from the vehicle surface. The system's load-bearing design supports vehicles weighing up to 100 tons. The KM-H3 can perform continuous rapid washing with a high degree of automation, low failure rate, high throughput, and a compact installation footprint.
